It’s about a seafront villa, placed in a paradiasical location, in front the sea, behind the mountains. You can hear the waves breaking and looking outside from the living room you have the feeling to be on a cruiser. One can linger the whole day in or around the house without getting boring. You can swim in the huge (13,5m x 5,5m) infinity pool or rest on one of the terraces watching the coloured flowers, the trees, butter- flies on the 5000m2 site. Your favourite place could be the outside kitchen. From here you can enjoy tue view or just cook with the herbs that grow around the kitchen. The nearest village is Mochlos, 3.5 km away, small but famous for its charme with the pretty tavernas lying directly on the shore, a rock caffee, bars.
Mochlos is an idillic village with steep coast and mountains around with fantastic tramps. Especially impres- sive is the view over the mountains to Mirabello Bay. Mochlos is no village to stroll but to relax, to tramp, to read – just to geta way from all the stress. Mochlos is also a good start point for trips to Agios Nikolaos in the west, Ierapetra in the south, Sitia in the east, all of them picture-book greek cities with seaside promena- de, idyllic tavernas, weekly market and all about 35km away, very easy, fast to reach due to the very goods roads.
Mochlos offers also the possibility to practice some watersports like water-ski, Jet-ski, Banana-Boat, Boats touren to the small islands around or to the coves.
