Born in Lausanne in 1985, Bardiya grew up in the region that would later become the center of his career.
After earning a Bachelor’s degree from the prestigious Ecole Hôtelière de Lausanne, followed by a Master's in Real Estate, Bardiya quickly made a name for himself in the real estate industry. He began his career 14 years ago, building a strong reputation in a highly competitive field. In 2021, he co-founded Rockwell Properties, a company he leads with his partner, driven by a clear and ambitious vision.
Today, Bardiya is one of the most respected specialists on the super prime Real Estate market in the region. This recognition reached its peak in 2024 when he was named in the prestigious "40 under 40" list by BILAN magazine, distinguishing his work and achievements as one of the brightest and most influential entrepreneurs under 40 in French-speaking Switzerland.
Outside of his career, Bardiya is passionate about automobiles and watchmaking—fields where he finds the same values of craftsmanship, precision, and performance that inspire his professional vision. Married and a father to a young son, he balances his daily life between his passions, his family, and managing his business.
